What the code means
E15 means a safety switch has found water in the base of the dishwasher, the pan under the tub. That turns on the leak protection system.
Bosch gives one step to take yourself, and then says to contact Bosch.
Before you start
- Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher before anything else.
What the manufacturer says to check
- Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher.
- Contact Bosch customer support. Bosch's E15 page lists the number to call.
Stop and call for service
Stop and call for service if any of these happen.
- Contact Bosch as soon as the water is off. Bosch lists nothing else to try yourself for E15.
