Purchases, refunds and subscriptions

Bought on Google Play

You can ask for a refund through Google Play under its refund policy, or email us: we review requests individually and can refund Google Play orders.

To cancel the yearly plan, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then RapidRepair.

Bought on the App Store

Apple handles App Store refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them ourselves.

To cancel the yearly plan on an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then RapidRepair.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription in either store, so cancel it first.

Your account and data

You can delete your account in the app at any time, under Settings. If you can't sign in, here is how to ask us to delete it and what is deleted and kept.

Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Common questions

What does the free pass include?

One appliance, three follow-ups, chat only, account needed.

Which plans have the live camera?

Live comes with Single Pass Plus and Annual.

Does Live record my camera?

No. RapidRepair doesn't record your Live video or audio. It streams to Google Gemini so it can answer you as you go.

Washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers, ovens, ranges and cooktops.

If you smell gas, leave first and call from outside. For sparks, smoke or a burning smell, switch off the power at the breaker if you can do it safely, and get help.
